Sam
Director, Physiotherapist
Sam was raised in NQ and has lived in Townsville for over 15 years. He completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at JCU and is passionate about giving back to his local community. Throughout his career, Sam has gained experience across multiple aspects of physiotherapy and is dedicated to providing comprehensive patient-centred care, addressing the unique needs of each individual. Outside of work, Sam loves playing sport and socialising with family and friends. He is a massive Cowboys fan and loves to talk all things footy

Meg
- Occupational Therapist
- We are excited to receive the assistance from local OT, Meg, to service any of your OT needs. Meg grew up in NQ, having lived in Townsville from a young age after relocating from Mt Isa. Meg completed her studies at JCU, achieving a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with Honours.
- Meg is passionate about enabling individuals to be able to participate in everything they want and need to do, to achieve optimal occupational performance.
- Outside of work, you’ll find Meg on a walk outdoors, playing and watching sport or socialising with friends and family.

Abbey
Practice Manager
Abbey is also NQ born and raised and has lived in Townsville for 8 years. She does most of her work behind the scenes so you are unlikely to run into her around the clinic but if you do she is always up for a chat.
Abbey and Sam co-founded Ultimate Rehab NQ in 2024 with the dream of bringing Ultimate care to Townsville and giving back to the community.

Brooke
Psychologist
Brooke is a Registered Psychologist who has experience working with a diverse range of clinical presentations. She enjoys working across the lifespan, with experience working with adults, adolescents, children, and the elderly.
Brooke has worked in remote and rural communities working with individuals with anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, parenting, personality disorders and other complex presentations, as well as providing assessment and intervention for neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism, Intellectual Disabilities and ADHD.
With a person-centred approach, Brooke focuses on building trust and empowering clients to achieve their goals.
